General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General
a) The business relationship between us, Beauty de Luxe Shop (hereinafter "Beauty de Luxe"), and you, the purchaser of goods presented on the website beauty-de-luxe.shop (Beauty de Luxe Online Shop), is exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the version valid at the time of the order.
b) Goods within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are all products that can be purchased in the Beauty de Luxe online shop .
2. Conclusion of contract
a) The goods presented in the Beauty de Luxe online shop do not constitute an offer to conclude a contract, but merely a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.
b) Orders may only be placed by adults. Goods are only sold in normal household quantities.
c) You can select the goods in the Beauty de Luxe online shop and place them in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
d) Beauty de Luxe Online Shop will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation. If Beauty de Luxe Online Shop does not send an order confirmation within three days of submitting the order, you are no longer bound by your offer.
Deviating from this, a contract is concluded:

when paying with PayPal, at the time of confirmation of the payment order to PayPal;

when paying by credit card, at the time the credit card is charged;

when paying with giropay at the time of confirmation of the payment order;

in the case of payment by direct bank transfer, at the time of confirmation of the payment order.
e) The contract is concluded exclusively in German.
f) The contract text will not be stored by us after conclusion of the contract and will not be accessible to you. However, the order data will be stored in accordance with legal regulations. The order data can be printed immediately after ordering from the Beauty de Luxe online shop . If you have registered, you can view your order data under "My Account." 3. Right of withdrawal and cost-bearing agreement
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Beauty de Luxe GmbH, Wintrichring 58, D-80992 Munich, email: info@beauty-de-luxe.shop , phone: +49 (0) 40 80 600 188) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax or email).
Consequences of revocation
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to a different delivery method), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
You must return the goods to us promptly, and no later than within fourteen days. You will bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and the price of the returned goods does not exceed €40, or if you have not yet provided any consideration. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.
You only have to pay for any loss of value if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed.
4. Return of goods
For organizational reasons, please use the DHL returns procedure for returns. Returning goods does not constitute an acknowledgement of defects.

5. Delivery
a) Shipping only to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.
b) Delivery time is 2-5 working days from receipt of order or payment.
c) Delivery is via standard shipping with DHL or partner companies.
6. Prices and shipping costs
a) The prices valid at the time of the order apply.
b) All prices are quoted in euros (€) including VAT.
c) Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
7. Terms of payment
a) Possible payment methods: credit card, giropay, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal. A PayPal account is required.
b) In case of late payment, we reserve the right to claim default interest and further damages.
8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Beauty de Luxe until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and Liability
a) The statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB), limitation period: 2 years from delivery.
b) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. We are not liable for simple negligence, except in cases of injury to life, limb, or health, or within the framework of mandatory statutory provisions.

12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in Austria, Austrian consumer protection regulations apply.

13. Dispute resolution
We strive to find amicable solutions. Please contact our customer service at info@beauty-de-luxe.shop . The EU Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . However, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
