Processing and shipping of your order
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
Shipping regions
We deliver exclusively within the European Union (EU). We currently do not offer shipping to countries outside the EU. Here is a list of the countries we currently ship to:

Shipping delays and problems
We do our best to deliver your order on time. However, in rare cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g., due to bad weather or delivery problems). In such cases, we will contact you immediately and do everything we can to resolve the situation.
Self-collection
We currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped via DHL to the address you provide.
