Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

After your return has been confirmed, you will receive all further information regarding the return process via email. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will also clarify the next steps directly via email. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
Please note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetic products are not eligible for return in the following cases:
- Opened or used products (e.g. lipsticks, mascaras, creams, perfumes, etc.)
- Products where the original packaging has been damaged or opened.
Gift sets and special offers (provided the products have been opened or used). - Products with an expired expiration date or damaged goods (if the damage is discovered after receipt of the product).
- These items are excluded from returns unless they have a product defect or damage not caused by the buyer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
